Put on display here are a series of paintings made by the renown Tolkien illustrator John Howe, whose paintings have graced the covers of the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings books, years worth of Tolkien Calendars and most recently John has been one of the principal concept artists for the trilogy of Lord of the Rings movies.
